Questions and answers
What file types can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, PSD, AI and PowerPoint, up to 50 MB. PDF with fonts embedded is best.
Do I need to add bleed?
It helps. Run your background an eighth of an inch past the edge on every side and keep text a quarter inch inside. If you don’t, we scale the design slightly so no white edge shows.
Can I get something that isn’t on the menu?
Yes. Describe it under “Anything special” when you order, such as spot UV or rounded corners, and the print team will reply with what’s possible and what it adds.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge until the order is accepted for printing. After that, talk to us in the order conversation.
I don’t have a design.
Start from a template. Each one can be edited: change the words, colours and layout, then order.
