Who you are buying from
You buy printing from DoorDroppr. We produce your order with our print partners and ship it to you. Your contract is with DoorDroppr.
Proofs
Every order gets a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Check the proof carefully: spelling, phone numbers, prices, dates and QR codes. Once you approve it, we print what the proof shows. We are not responsible for mistakes in an approved proof.
Your design
You confirm you have the right to use everything in your design, including logos, photos and text, and that it is lawful. We may refuse to print content that is not.
Prices and payment
The price shown when you order is the price you pay for that order, plus shipping as shown. Special requests are priced in the order conversation before work starts.
We send an invoice when you approve your proof. It is due within 7 days. Printing starts once it is paid.
Changes and cancelling
You can cancel free of charge until the print team has accepted your order. After that, ask in the order conversation. If we cancel or you cancel before printing starts, anything you paid is refunded in full.
Shipping
Ship dates are estimates. We send tracking when your order ships. Tell us within 2 days of the expected date if it has not arrived.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, in the order conversation. If we made the mistake (a misprint, the wrong paper or quantity, or damage in shipping), we reprint it or refund it.
Colours on paper can look slightly different from your screen. That is not a misprint.
Privacy
